The stereoscope „Visopter“ is a screening- and vision training instrument. It is extremly solid, adjustable in height and angle, and can be used with pretty much any patient.

The Visopter is a remake of the Bernell-O-Scope and/or Bioptor. As it stands very firmly, there is no need to hold it, while patient draw the Van Orden star or the test cards. The PD can be easily adjusted on the ocular. Simply put the screening cards on the adjustable test plate and have your patient look through the ocular.

With the test cards, you can measure vertical and horizontal phorias. Also fusion, visual acuity, stereo vision, color vision and binocular vision can be measured at near and far. Furthermore, the Visopter is ready-to-us as a training instrument. To increase the training effect, simply put the corresponding lenses in front of the ocular.
