The Snellen distance chart was originally designed by Herman Snellen and is still being used by eye care professionals. It has become the basis for many vision chart developments. Visual acuity from 0.1 to 2.0 (20/200 to 20/10). Test distance 6m (20ft). Optotypes: Letters. Black printing on white, non-translucent plastic. Only to be illuminated from the front. Chart size: 68,5 x 30,5 cm.
