Vivid Vision Premium Support

Vivid Vision Premium Support 12 months. Gets activated online. Payable in advance by wire transfer. By paying this item you accept the terms of the contract of the "Vivid Vision Premium Support" (see separate document). The first 12 months from the purchase date of the Vivid Vision Software are free. From month 13 and on, Premium Support has to be paid for.

Included services (Premium Support only):

• Free upgrades to system content


• Priority customer support (phone, email, desktop support e.g.
  via Teamviewer)


• Clinical personell training (online), also for new staff


• Free handling of out-of-warranty cases (you only pay for
  repair/replacement of hardware, not for shipping/handling)


• Cloud data storage with automated and secured backups (GDPR)

Services included in Basic and Premium Support:

• Software bug fixes, minor revisions


• Passive Doctor Locator Referrals


• Support, Training, Guarantee handling: 60 / hour (charged every 15-minutes)


• Cloud storage with automated backups: 15 / month
