The reflex ball is used to train eye-hand coordination, speed, reaction time and target accuracy. Simply put the headband on your head and start punching the ball away from you to keep it in the air. The set comes with 2 balls (diameter = 6cm; different hardness) and one headband with a hook. The black ball is for beginners, the red one for pros.
